Do you know about the community radio station that is being planned, Radio 
Free Moscow?  There would certainly be room for Jazz programming.  See 
http://www.moscowfoodcoop.com/archive/rfm.html for some details on this 
project.  RFM is about halfway to its $25,000 "start-up & first year 
expenses" goal, and would appreciate donations from the community.

KUOI (89.3 FM) will be featuring two RFM board members on the "Moscow 
Morning Views" program this Sunday.  The program runs from 9:00-11:00 AM.
