Re: Dogs and More Dogs
How about dogs in backyards that border public space (such as Mountain View
Path) that bark incessantly? Seems to me that owner common courtesy is
what this issue is about. These little yappers make any excursion down the
path, and through some neighborhoods unbearable. And then there are dogs
that bark all day, all night, every day, with no intervention from their
owners to control them.
