At the risk of introducing *information* into the conversation,  I am 
pleased to report that the first meeting of the Moscow Civic Association 
will be held December 3 at 7:00 in the 1912 Building.  It is an open meeting 
in a public building, and everyone who is interested in learning more 
about--and contributing to--MCA's progressive goals and vision is invited 
most cordially to attend.
