Greetings Visionaires -

As much as I am against President Bush taking military action against Iraq
without allied or UN support, I am more set against giving Saddam virtually
free reign to increase and improve on his arsenal.

I remember reading a couple years ago about approval by the legislative
branch (House of Representatives, I believe) and the executive branch
(President Clinton, I am almost certain) for the CIA's use of assassination
of political leaders.  I am also certain that there were qualifications
attached to the use of assassination.  However, I am most certain that
Saddam qualifies.  My suggestion is to let the CIA assassinate Saddam.

Our options in this matter can be summed up quite easily.  We are damned if
we do and damned if we don't.
