Death penalty

Dear visionaries,

In response to Sunil, my concern is that such statistics can be misleading, 
as a counter-example should immediately show. What are the percentages of 
men versus women on death row? And are men being discriminated against in 
this? But in today's pc climate even to hint at such a counterexample opens 
one up to reckless charges of racism. Hence my concern about the race card.
