I think what is happening is that you are hitting the Reply button to
respond to these posts.  Of the post is off the 2020 list you are fine, if,
on the other hand, the post comes from someone with a CC field to thr 2020
list, they only will get the post.  You might get a response because the
post went to an individual.  If you just double check your To: block when
you hit reply, you should get around this one.

On your other post, I am all in favor on a more mannerly society.  However
legislating good manners is a fruitless task.  Encouraging them works far
better.  That is done by living an example that the people around you wish
to emulate.  This is much slower than legislating, but it is the one that
sticks.
