Highway Values--was US95 South

Visionaries:

   I recently completed a manuscript on the
multiple values of highways and how people
perceive highways and landscapes.  I believe
the current debate over US 95 reinforces
my conclusions.

    If you are interested in reading about
an alternative view of highways, I've
attached my Discussion section from
the manuscript.

    Using my model of a highway experience
opportunity spectrum, where would
you place the current US 95?  How
about after widening to 4 lanes?
