POW's in Guantanamo

There is one thing I know, and that is the prisoners in mention are being 
held at an illegal facility.  Guantanamo Bay Naval Base is illegal under 
international law.  It is being held under a lease "in perpetuity," 
conditions which were struck with the former dictators of Cuba, and which 
have since been struck down by international conventions--no such lease of 
a military base is allowed.

It is interesting that the U.S. is housing these prisoners in a country 
whose objections are ignored, have been ignored, for decades.
