Flags?!

Dear friends,

I have perceived that many of my neighbors have stopped putting their flags
up.... are we not supposed to put up flags for some reason? I don't want to
put mine up if we are not supposed to... did I miss something?! I know many
people could not get flags due to shortage of supply so I wonder if others
are taking down their flags so the "have-nots" do not stick out and get
branded unpatriotic.
