Shahab,

There is no reason that you should not be flying your flag.  Quite the
opposite, in fact.  Now is the time that we should all be flying them.  I am
going to make an effort to fly mine everyday from now on and would encourage
the City to do so also.  I just like the idea of having it out.

As for half staff...the President's original directive was to fly them at
half staff until Sunday, September 16.  I do not know if this has been
officially extended or not.
