   This resolution is completely hypocritical.  If our 50
states are "independent" and "sovereign" then why did an
ideologically conservative Supreme Court stop Florida state
officials from completing its own election process?  The very
same conservatives who spend so much of their energy railing
against the abusive power of the federal government, now cheer on
the federal government via the Supreme Court as it
squashes Florida's state election process?  Hypocrisy has
reached a new level in conservative (Republican?) ideology.
