Re: Tree Clearing at The Palouse Empire Mall



Bob, I agree. I went by there today and thought the same thing. In fact, I
think we, as in the city, should counterpropose that: 1) the buffer strip be
tripled in width and 2) the parking lot be covered by at least a 40% tree
canopy in 15 years.
