Re: Tree Clearing at The Palouse Empire Mall



Maree, I certainly agree with you.  The remodeling done on the interior of
the mall is nice, but I think an atrium with plants, etc. would draw even
more people.  Cutting the trees along the highway--can't believe they need
the business so much they are perfectly willing to denude the area--really
dumb idea.  Personally, I find Eastgate Mall more asthetically enticing
anyway, and prefer downtown over either of them.  As a community of folks
who patronize the Palouse Empire Mall--and do appreciate many of the
services they offer--we need to let them know we don't like this idea....
