Here is a web site with some local Pea & Lentil suppliers:
http://www.pea-lentil.com/purchase.htm
The last local four mill(Flower Girls/unifine milling) that I am aware of
closed a couple of years ago. I was a mechanic/engineer for them for a short
period of time.....it was interesting work.
The creation of the Unifine mill itself was the result of a WSU research
project during the 60's. A very nice piece of equipment indeed.
It seems to me that there is another Unifine mill operating south of Spokane
but Im not certain about that.
