Commissioners Samuel G. Duncan, Loreca J. Stauber and Paul Kimmell met in
regular session; The following actions were taken:
Budget Presentation for Parks and Recreation Department held on June 28,
1999. Presented by Andrew Grant. No action taken at this time.
Motion and Order to open as a Board of Equalization until July 12, 1999.
Sitting as a Board of Equalization revoked the tax exemption on parcel
number LR39N05W167500A pursuant to Idaho Code 63-501 for the greenhouses on
the property owned by the Upper Columbia Mission Society. Commissioners
Stauber and Duncan voted yes, Commissioner Kimmell voted no.
Sitting as a Board of Equalization granted a tax exemption on parcel number
RPG13000090070A pursuant to Idaho Code 63-602D for Gritman Medical Center.
Sitting as a Board of Equalization denied the tax exemption on the property
described as Baker Addition, Block 1, Lot 4 less Tax #4574 pursuant to Idaho
Code 63-105B; property is owned by Faith Ministries, Inc. Commissioners
Stauber and Duncan voted yes, Commissioner Kimmell voted no.
Sitting as a Board of Equalization denied the tax exemption on parcels
MH41N04W103300 and RP41N04W103310 pursuant to Idaho Code 63-105B for the
property owned by the Princeton Church of the Nazarene. Commissioners
Stauber and Duncan voted yes, Commissioner Kimmell voted no.
Approved, signed and filed the Clerk/Auditor/Recorder’s Fee Report for May
1999.
Approved, signed and filed request to hire Christine U. Youmans as Deputy
