Mr. Swanson:
No, this has nothing to do with traffic lights. In
fact, the frontage roads are meant as access to avoid
slowing traffic on 270. You've made a poor
assumption about the impacts on traffic in the
corridor. The eight access points will allow traffic
to flow onto the highway, just as traffic flows on
via on-ramps to an interstate highway. Please don't
jump to conclusions and keep your facts straight.
