I know that the City is slowly acquiring the property that borders Paradise
Creek on the south side of the troy rd.  I have seen plans and models for a
walking path and smaller parks along paradise creek there.  The city is
actively planning beautification's, but these things take funding and time.
I don't believe that there would ever be a shortage of manpower or donations
of plants or funds for such a project...  that area is ideal for a nice
walking path and recreation area for the southeast sections of town.  that
falls right into this idea...
