Dear Visionaries,

Thanks for your comments and concern about beautification. The item was
removed from the Public Works COmmittee agenda and the Public WOrks
COmmittee reaffirmed its desire to have the property used as a pocket park
and part of an over-all beautification of the South COuplet Project. When
ITD transfers the property we'll be able to get on with the beautification
program.

Once again, appreciation from all of us for your support of the Mayor and
COuncil's beautification plans.
