Why not stick this idea into tonight's discussion at City Hall of the 
Moscow Comprehensive Plan -- which is mostly a display of physical 
development w/o a whole bunch on human interests such as yours. It sounds 
absolutely neat to see such a comfortable suggestion that renders moving 
around this great little town an ambulatory pleasure. There are not 
enough of these kinds of things in either the commercial or residential 
area. Good post! Go the the meeting (7 PM). I'd like to be there but have
