And based upon what was written, there is growing evidence in
support of the "London" hypothesis....those that benefit most will
not be the incubator tenants...unless they care to dabble in
real estate.

We have seen this grand design to benefit the small person
before. They called it "trickle down" economics. It is
more appropriately titled corporate welfare.
