Does anyone know if this development proposal is on land
that was annexed last year by the BAD Council (Boys Annexation and
Development) over the objections of the Moscow P&Z?
If so, this sure didn't take long go get through the system.
No surprise here.
On a related note, did others see the news that the City will be
hiring additional crews this summer to meet the demand for water
and sewar hook-ups. The City had to request additional funding from the
Council to do so, claiming that these funds will be made up
for in the future with permit fees from new development. Uh-huh.
Can you say subsidized development?
