RE: Latah County's Existence Is Unconstitutional

Greetings Visionaires -

May I suggest to Moscow United that they contact the Nez Perce Tribal
Council prior to filing any civil litigation. Although I am not familiar
with anybody on the Tribal Council, I am certain that they have their own
attornies to file such action.

If you have contacted the Nez Perce Tribal Council and they have approved
and support your action, I am behind you 100% and would like to donate
toward that cause.

If you haven't contacted the Tribal Council concerning your intended action,
be prepared for some possible repercussions not only from the US Government,
but also the Nez Perce Tribal Council.

Waiting to hear more,

Tom Hansen
