WOW!!!  In one short paragraph, you eliminated the necessity for the US Supreme 
Court and their interpretations of the constitution (or have you already 
forgotten Roe v. Wade among others too numerous to mention here).  And if you 
take the time to examine Congressional Records you will notice that the US 
House of Representatives (as well as the US Senate) have interpreted various 
portions of the Constitution various ways at various times.  Don't wait for the 
movie, Mr. Harrell.  Read the book.  It is called the Constituion of the United 
States of America.  And I am certain that you have your own intgerpretation of 
what "is".
