Getting a "Life"

Visionaries,
A recent post-er's condescending castigation of others
for raising questions about the propriety of a County
Commissioner accepting a post with the Chamber of
Commerce was...um...amazing.

Apparently this post-er believes a show of concern and
interest in local government is somehow indicative of
pitiable idleness and a lack of a real "life."

While we may disagree on this controversy and many
others, isn't spirited discussion of issues affecting
the community what this forum is all about? 

Those taking the time to form opinions and speak out 
on local issues deserve respect, with no "dis" in
front of it.
They're in short supply.
