The Board of Latah County Commissioners will hold a public hearing

Moscow, Idaho
To take testimony regarding an amendment to the Moscow Area of
Impact Ordinance (Latah County Ordinance #122):
10:00 a.m. - MOSCOW AREA OF IMPACT: To consider a proposed
change in the Moscow Area of City Impact Ordinance. The proposed
amendment provides for county administrative review of each
subdivision plat approved by the city.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing.
Accommodations for individuals who qualify under the Americans with
Disabilities Act are available upon request. Notice is required in the =
Commissioner=12s Office three working days prior to the hearing in order =
to acquire accommodations for individuals needing assistance.
This hearing will be held pursuant to the Latah County Hearing
Procedures Ordinance and under authority of the Idaho Local Planning
Act 67-6526: The Latah County Board of Commissioners reserves the
right to limit the length of testimony.
