Gregory Dickison stated:

Melynda also stated that Bertolini was wanted by the autorities for the
outstanding DUI charges, Mr. Dickison.  I believe that falls well within a
proprietor's right to refuse service.  But then, I shouldn't have to explain
that to an attorney now should I?
