congratulations, Lewiston Tribune

    I was pleased to see, in  the "Engagements" section (page 4D) of
today's Lewiston Morning Tribune (Sunday, September 22), the
announcement of the wedding plans of two young women, one from Pullman,
who met at Hollins College in Virginia.  Their smiles were no different
than the other young couples on the page, all looking forward to lives
in love together.
    My congratulations to the Trib for recognizing that love and
commitment, gay or straight, deserves this recognition.
