Re: Preferred Businesses

I don't see a problem with church patrons supporting other church patrons anyhow?  Isn't that just being neighborly?  Kind of like Moscow residents patronizing Moscow businesses.

Rosemary,

I wouldn't mind if you were right and everybody at Christ Church bought
only from other members with businesses in the area.  Unfortunately this
is not so.  My wife has a new store in town, Hall Closet Uniforms.  We
supply school clothing to schools across the country.  For the local
market like Logos and others, we have to compete in the open market
against Wal-Mart, the Mall, Lands' End etc.  It is a formidable battle
and one that we often lose.  We would love to have all the folks from
Christ Church come our way, but alas, they are not mind-numbed robots
taking their marching orders from the Dynamic Doug Duo.  We are listed
as an available resource in the directory, but folks make their own
choice from there.

Sincerely,

Mike Hall

This is a troll. And a lazy one at that. I bet quick phone call to
Christ
Church would have yielded accurate, first-hand information.
