Rosemary and I chatted about this and here's the low down.

The church has a directory. In the back of the directory there
is a "service" directory that lists the individual skills, talents,
and businesses of people in the directory. Listing in either
part of the directory is optional.

The church doesn't have a preferred list of businesses, and
most likely, would never be able to agree on one. May the
best plummer win!
