As a long time resident of this community, I haven't seen any signs of
controlled growth. I have seen a lack of growth in the industrial sector,
initial excessive growth in retail followed by empty buildings, and a
housing boom that seems to be the only growth industry we have.
I am certainly no expert, but I cannot fathom how anyone can call growth in
Moscow controlled.
