Fw: Back off, man

Tom Hansen writes "If you are talking about parents who send their children
to private schools
and pay their childrens' tuition, this is an obligation incurred as a result
of their choice between a private or public school. These parents are
simply fulfilling their portion of a "contract" between them and the private
school. I don't feel it necessary to commend those who simply fulfill their
obligations, but those who go the extra mile (like Joe)."

 Mr. Hansen,
Perhaps you're unclear on how private education works. The decision to sign
a contract to pay for the education of one's children, rather than passing
the bill off to the other members of the community, is a voluntary
decision.
The government school is the one that shows up at your door step and
threatens to take your house if you don't cough up tuition, not St. Mary's.
