Betty Richardson, the Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of
Representatives, will hold a press conference on Monday, August 
26 at 9 AM
outside the University of Idaho Commons. Candidate Richardson 
will address
the failings of Republican governance at both the federal and state 
levels
with respect to education. Her address is part of a state-wide 
initiative of
the Democratic Party to point out impoverishment of education 
under
Republican-dominated government, and to provide a new vision for 
Idaho's
educational system based on putting the needs of the people of 
Idaho first.
