FYI, the Palouse-Chipman trail (between Pullman and Moscow) is closed for
surface sealing. Signs note this at entrances of the trail. I think the
sealing will be finished early next week--don't quote me on that. The
surface is being sprayed with a black sealant, presumably for protection
from the weather.
