Homosexuality is not a choice.  And it doesn't necessitate that it is
dangerous.  If homosexuality is a choice then it necessitates that
heterosexuality is a choice.  Did you choose to be straight?  Or were you
just "born like that" (as quoted by a Florida Legislator when asked to
defend the "choice" belief.)

How is not discrimminating against someone demonizing them.  And the
Federal Government does still discriminate.
