If each landlord only rented to those with whom they were in total
agreement, landlords would go broke! Sexual orientation, religious
preference, skin color, political leanings, and other fundamental
human differences are not the landlords' business. Can she/he pay
the rent is the business of landlords. If a rentee wants to rent to
persons of a specific type, opening the rental to all comers through
advertising the rental negates the right to exclude anyone who can
pay the rent but is not of the "correct" type.
