RE: THE BEACH NIGHTCLUB!
Forgive my ignorace, but for what purpose would The Beach (or any other
bar) cut a check to the Mardi Gras Committee? I guess I don't understand
the inner workings of the MG Committe, how the bars participate, what is
done with the money, etc. Can someone outline how the whole thing is
INTENDED to work? (not how it might be broken)
