Re: Congratulations to the Junior High Knowledge Master Team!

Mike Curley:
Of course, my congratulations to the Jr. High Knowledge Master Team.
And to you for getting this information out, beyond the small circle of central administration.
And now my question: where else will I read or hear this news? Will this same information automatically be sent by email to a list of local media? Will anyone make a series of quick follow-up calls to specific reporters to make sure this story surfaces? Did anyone video the competition and arrange to play the tape on community access television station? Will the winning team challenge (in the spirit of good-hearted competion to see how our students stack up) a team from the
Moscow Chamber of Commerce? Will the MEA (teacher's union) and the administration make a joint announcement of congratulations and support?
And when will this administration act creatively and in a unified way to support it students and publicize its successes?
    BL

When I receive these notes, I will pass them on to vision2020.

His note was addressed to the board and to other staff members in the district, and I pass it along verbatim:
