Mr. Rush:
As a public entity the school district provides an annual audit of its $16 Million budget. So, there is a lot of data. Certain judgments have to be made that can color the figures one direction or another depending on what we're looking for. For example, does the Activities Director's salary and benefits get added into the "administrators" expense item, or does it go into the "activities" expense. Or both, but it only gets added once? I will get back to you with the numbers for last year (actual dollars spent/received) in the more general (and understandable) categories and we'll see what additional areas you and others would like to see.
