Tonight's Window on the Universe Family Science Night

Tonight is the final"Window on the Universe" Family Science Night for this
year, and it will be at Franklin Elementary School in Pullman. From
6:30pm-7pm there will be many "hands-on" science activities for families,
followed by a presentation on "The ABC's of Comets", during which Dr. Tim
Livengood from the Challenger Center for Space Science Education will
actually make a model of a comet using dry ice and various other items. The
presentation will be entertaining and informative for grades 4 and above, so
I encourage families to come!(Because of construction, the normal route to
Franklin is not available, so I would encourage those of you coming from
Moscow to turn onto Bishop Blvd., go almost to Zeppoz and turn right on
Harvest Dr. Go to the end of Harvest and turn right onto Carolstar and
follow it down the hill to the school.)
