Palouse Living trashes community...

Dear Visionaries:

Repeatedly, the ad revenue generating Palouse Living free "newspaper" that is 
delivered throughout the community is dropped in the public right-of-way 
green strips along our streets.  I have complained to the Daily News before 
and it changes for typically one delivery cycle only and then they are back 
in the right-of-way again.

I consider this littering.  It is unsolicited paper, rubber, and plastic 
waste being dumped on public property.  Should we file a complaint since the 
producer does not seem to have control over their agents who dump it?  Should 
those of us that don't want this garbage dumped on property we as homeowners 
are responsible for, dump it back on the property of the sender, say at their 
front entrance?
