I completely agree and whole-heartedly concur. There should be
tighter controls on how and to whom these pieces of garbage can be
delivered. Honestly, in this day and age of dwindling resources and
heightened consumer awareness of recycling issues, it amazes me that the
mass distribution of such tripe is not illegal. I would venture to guess
that there IS a legal responsibility, on the part of agencies that
distribute said refuse, to maintain a semblance of control over assuring
that those parties who do not wish to receive their product, in fact, do
not receive it.
