If anyone partisans appointments are too be blamed it would be
Democratic appointments.
Remember the majority Florida Supreme court justices were
appointed by Democrats. The Florida Supreme Court is who misinterpreted
the law, which in returned guaranteed the electoral slate going to Bush.
All they had to do was only allow a constitutionally fair recount. The
lower courts in Florida knew that and the Supreme court knew that.
If the roles were reversed for Bush and Gore, we would have still
seen the same process.
