Maybe not. Perhaps all of them disapprove of the action.  But it is hard 
for Moscow residents to have a direct effect on some property management 
company in Spokane.  Indirectly targeting the Mall's tenants could have a 
greater effect by jerking the chain that is connected to our friends (used 
more sarcastically than Shahab would) in Spokane.  Mall tenants are more 
powerful than Moscow residents, because mall tenants have a direct 
financial relationship with what's-their-name in Spokane.
