Re: US 95 and the uncomprehensive ITD



Dave and US 95 planners: I agree with Dave 100% that Latah Co. 
residents ought to have more inputs and influence over how the 
Lewisto-to-Genesee-Moscow highway is to be developed and its likely 
impacts on quality of life (apparently, the $$ and survey have 
already been committed, without any real community participation. 
Why? Are there NO alternatives to a 4-laner all the way? There must 
be alternatives. What are ALL the motives for a 4-lane road? In 
fairness, we ought to be better informed. Why don't our state 
legislators get more info. out for us, even if it's a bit late? Seems 
the right thing to do, especially in view of the C d'A case. No?  Ken
