US 95 and the uncomprehensive ITD

The Idaho Transportation Dept has added a new web page.
It's called The North Coeur d Alene Corridor Plan:
http://www.whpacific.com/us95/
It is an interactive information page for the citizens of Coeur d Alene to
actively participate in the planning of the future for US 95 in that Area.
It is a good step in the right direction for providing interaction between
citizens and the ITD.
What I want to know is why don't we have the same sort of site for the
future project between Lewiston and Moscow? The criteria that the ITD has
printed as to their reasoning for the on line Coeur d Alene Plan is no
different then the criteria for their future work down here.
The difference appears to be addressing the community directly with a By
Pass (where have I heard that before) or something on that order rather than
the highway leading into/out of it.
Non the less I feel the scale of our local project will also heavily affect
our area and certainly should warrant equal effort on the part of the ITD.
The IDT Main page is: http://www2.state.id.us/itd/index.htm
