This question (should Latah County have its own dump/landfill) is one
of the 6 questions posed by the Moscow Vision 2020 candidate questionaire.
You can view all four candidates' responses to that question by going
to the website:
http://vision2020.moscow.com/election2000
At that page, just select one of the commissioner races and the candidate
responses will appear.
The candidates for the US Congressional and local Idaho legislative
races also have their responses to their questions posted at the same site.
