OK unfortunately the accounting bit makes sense to me.
More thoughts.....
Are bake sale goods that say a High School band might sell to buy
instruments subject to this same tax?
I can't see any difference between why for example the scouts sell donated
goods at the fair and why any church or other group might sell goods at some
other location to assist in purchasing items that assist their teaching and
learning processes.
How low do we have to go to pay our...Fair Share of taxes?
Is the kid selling kool aid on the corner next?
