Re: $5 million



I don't think it's a useless hole, but I do know that it will be very
difficult for our family to afford to swim there. I guess I was spoiled by
spending several  months enjoying the fully enclosed municipal leisure
centers which exist in nearly every town in  Britain last year, but I cannot
imagine building a pool complex that is not enclosed in this climate zone.
Enclosure and lowering fees for the new pool is by far the best use of this
money for the youth of Moscow. Let's finish the pool so that it will be
really useful before we start new adventures, like skating rinks., etc.
