I'm with Walter. I just figured the fairgrounds were used for the
fair and, while I like to pet rabbits and like my grandchildren to have
the opportunity to pet rabbits, the amount of money to be invested seemed
high.
If the fairgounds are used a lot for other things (I just
remembered: voting!) that makes a difference.
And maybe with the additional investment they could be used for even more
things!
