1.   	Approval of Minutes of February 7, 2000

2.	Health and Welfare DARE Grant - Dan Weaver
As in the past, the Department of Health and Welfare has surplus funds 
available to supplement DARE programs, and this is a continuation of that 
process.

ACTION:  Recommend advising staff to proceed to apply for funds, or take 
such other action as 	deemed appropriate.

3.	Phillips Property Lease Issues - Randy Rice
Committee originally reviewed this issue January 3, 2000.  Since that time 
staff has met with County representatives in an effort to move toward 
finalizing the lease agreement.

ACTION: Advise staff on various issues as discussed.

REPORTS:
The Administrative Committee is invited to stay for the Public 
Works/Finance Committee meeting to hear a Presentation from the Task Force 
to Secure Dedicated Space in the 1912 Building for Individuals with 
Developmental Disabilities  - Randy Rice

1. 	Approval of Minutes of February 7, 2000.

2.	Accounts Payable - January, 2000 - Jim Wallace

ACTION:  Approve Accounts Payable for January, 2000.

3.	Presentation from the Task Force to Secure Dedicated Space in the 1912 
Building for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities  - Randy Rice
The above-mentioned task force would like to make a presentation of their 
proposal for dedicated space in the 1912 Center for individuals with 
developmental disabilities.

	ACTION:  Accept proposal; or take such other action as deemed appropriate.

4.	Declare as Excess Nine SCBAs; four to Elk River; 5 to Bovill - Don 
Strong
Staff is requesting permission to declare nine out-dated self-contained 
breathing apparatus bottles as excess.

ACTION:  Recommend declaring items as excess; or take such other action as 
deemed appropriate.

5.	Employment Department Building Renovation Budget - Randy Rice
Updated estimates reveal a potential overrun of approximately $16,000.00 to 
the project, originally budgeted at $50,000.

ACTION:  Review information presented and take appropriate action.
